Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or new question/ phone all.

To be eligible for a refund, you either received no phone call or no answer to your question or the attorney declined your request. You need to allow a minimum of 7 days before requesting a refund.
